• All services purchased from The Yoga Mela Ltd must be preceded by the purchaser acknowledging, by way of signing a Liability Waiver on Momence, that they have no physical and health limitations that prevents them from participating. Attendance will be refused if the waiver has not been signed.
• The Yoga Mela Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to classes.
• Attendees must be 18 years of age or over, (excluding specific scheduled classes for under 18s.)
• Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.
• Classes will automatically be deducted from your class pass or you can purchase passes or membership with any debit or credit card (excluding AMEX).
• Early cancellations: Class bookings can be cancelled up to 6 hours in advance of the class commencing. The cancelled class will be credited to your Momence account.
• Late cancellations: Any late cancellations made within 6 hours of the class commencing will not be credited back to your account or refunded.
• No shows will be treated as though the class was attended.
• Late cancellations and no shows made on Unlimited Annual/Monthly Yoga pass and 30 Day Unlimited Yoga Intro pass incur an automatic £3 charge via Momence.
• All purchases are non-refundable.
• All passes and memberships are non-transferrable and can not be shared.
• Event, courses and workshop bookings are non-refundable and all cancellations will result in the loss of the pass. The pass can not be transferred to a different date.
• Class passes can be extended once, by two weeks past the expiry date, if The Yoga Mela Ltd is contacted by email before the pass expires. Intro offers and Annual/Monthly Unlimited Memberships can not be extended.
• Monthly Unlimited Memberships can be paused once for a maximum of one month.
• Annual Unlimited Memberships can be paused once for a maximum of one month.
• Doors open 10 minutes before the start of the class and close 5 minutes after the class commences. Entrance will not be permitted after this time and the pass will be treated as a no show.
