Reconnect to your body after pregnancy. You will be guided through gentle and safe exercises to strengthen pelvic floor and abdominal muscles and stretch out shoulders and lower backs. The class is bring along baby.
Suitable from 6 weeks after birth or 8 weeks after caesarean birth.

BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Perfect if you’re new to Reformer Pilates or would like to build confidence with the machine and key exercises before joining a mixed-level class.
In this class, you’ll learn the foundations of reformer work, including how to set up and use the machine safely, how to move with control, and how to connect to your core, posture and breath. Expect a slower pace, clear guidance and plenty of support from your teacher.
A great place to begin if you want to build strength, improve mobility and feel more confident in your body.

A full-body reformer class designed to help you build strength, stability, mobility and body awareness through controlled, low-impact movement.
Using the reformer machine, springs and straps, you’ll be guided through a varied and energising class that challenges the whole body while supporting good alignment and technique. Expect a mix of strengthening, lengthening and core-focused exercises that can be adapted to suit different abilities.
Please note: Beginners must attend 3 x Reformer Pilates Foundations classes before joining this class.

Suitable for all levels, whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to complement other activity.
