Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates that uses a specialist machine called a reformer. The reformer uses springs for resistance, a moving carriage and straps to support and challenge the body in a controlled, precise way.
The reformer can both support you and challenge you. This means exercises can be adapted to build strength, improve mobility, support rehabilitation and enhance posture – all while moving with control and awareness.
