For those who wouldn’t be able to attend at the full price. Available on a selection of mat classes, with two reduced-rate spaces offered in each one. We hope this helps make our studio and community more accessible to everyone.

Bookings & Cancellations Policy
Arrival:
The studio doors open 10 minutes before class and close 5 minutes after the class has started. Please aim to arrive on time so you can settle in comfortably and avoid disruption to others.
If You Can’t Attend:
If you’re unable to make your class, please log in to your Momence account and cancel your booking as soon as possible. Please do not email us for class cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
Early Cancellation:
Cancel more than 6 hours before class to receive the class credit back to your Momence account.
Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class start time will not be credited or refunded.
No Shows:
Missed classes without cancellation are treated as late cancellations and will not be credited or refunded.
Unlimited Passes:
For Unlimited Passes, late cancellations and no shows will incur an automatic £3 charge each time.
Additional Information
All pricing options are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
Concessions
We offer 15% off full-price drop-ins and class passes to help make our classes more accessible. Concessions can’t be used alongside other promotions.
You’re welcome to apply for a concession if you are:
An NHS employee
A full-time student
A senior citizen (65+)
A job seeker
A person with disabilities
To activate your concession rate, please email us with one of the following:
NHS staff: NHS ID badge or email us from your NHS email address
Students: Valid student ID with photo
Senior citizens (65+): Photo ID showing date of birth
Job seekers: Letter from the Job Centre
Individuals with disabilities: National Disabled Identification Card, DWP award letter, or Blue Badge
